SINGERCT

A Transformation in Progress

The SINGERCT complex was previously the primary manufacturing facility for the Singer Manufacturing Company. By 1949, a workforce of 1,500 people produced Singer sewing machines for commercial use. The manufacturing plant ceased operations in the 1960’s and was later repurposed into Connecticut’s largest business incubator, as it remains today.

SINGERCT offers 541,256 square feet of versatile rental space cross 13 acres on Barnum Avenue. With close proximity to I-95 and RT8, large freight elevator access and ample parking, SINGERCT is the perfect place to bring your growing business.
